We understand that you may not quite understand all the jargon used or how to get across your ideas in a way designers can understand what your after so TMW has come up with the 'Design Panel' which will help not only you but our designers as well.

The design panel serves 2 purposes:

  1. A place to communicate with our designers, storing ideas and comments.
  2. A place to review the work in stages and approve (sign off) designs and templates.

 

Communication

An important factor of business, emails get lost, deleted, archived and misplaced, normally when you need them the most. Getting your ideas across to designer without knowing the correct terms and jargon can be a difficult task so we make it easy for you.

We communicate via our design panel, every comment is stored for future reference and easy to find if its needed later on in our working relationship, this way we can discuss every thing making sure nothing is missing and no wires can get crossed. Giving you piece of mind and us driving in the right direction.

This section of the design panel has the following features:

  • A place to submit URL's (links) to websites you would like, you can leave comments explaining which part of the site you like giving the designer a better idea of the style and look your after, what you do and don't like.
  • A place to unload images and photos to be used within your website again with comments so our designers know just where you would like them.
  • 'Talk with your designer' section, this allows you to easily contact your designer if you need to and start a conversation that you or us can refer back to if need me.
  • 'Your Ideas' section, you can submit your ideas and talk about them with your designer, ensuring you know our
    designer understands your needs. Its also a place where both parties can refer if need be.

But don't worry, if you prefer to be less involved then our designers are happy to just get on with it.

 

Stages & Approval

It can be quite frustration for you if we go ahead designing your website, complete it and you don't like it, its time taken form you and unnecessary disappointment. Our design panel makes disappointment impossible.

We work in stages in order of how things should be done, first we design your logo if need be then on to your template and finally adding the content, each stage is documented in your design panel for you to review.

Once we complete a stage we have you review the work and make sure your happy with it before we continue to the next stage, keeping you in the picture every step of the way, if you don't like the work we have done on that stage don't worry you can tells in the design panel and we make the changes until your happy before we continue to the next stage, when your happy with that stage click the approve button giving us the go ahead.

 

The end result will always be to your liking, the panel is easy to use and free no matter what size of website you require.
